Q: What should I expect once I make the phone call?
R: We conduct a phone interview to discuss your goals, so you and GNN know what to expect from one another and GNN may work more efficiently. We will list how, where and when to begin and approximate how long it will take to complete the job.
Q: What can I expect when you begin to organize?
R: We usually work in 4, 6 or 8 hour time blocks.
We will first clear the space and put items in appropriate containers. Once the space is cleared, we will go through the "keep" containers and sort, purge or assign a home to those items.
Q: Are you a cleaning service?
R: NO. Cleaning services-clean. They do not go through your paper piles, clutter, chaotic closets and find individualized solutions to organize your space.
Q: Do I need to purchase hundreds of dollars on containers?
R: Not if you don't want to. We are experienced in using what you already have. Depending on whether or not you want to redecorate and your budget.
Q: Do I need to be present while you work on my space?
R: Yes. We partner with our clients to work through the clutter. There will be decisions to be made and we work more efficiently when our clients are around. Our goal is to support, assist and teach our clients with a more "hands-on" approach to work through the clutter so they can maintain their new space. Some of our clients have certain budgets or time constraints and they will summons family and friends to help with the clearing out of the space.
Q: How do I keep my new space organized?
R: Our goal is to assist, support and teach you ways that will keep your new space maintained.
